Love is in the Air this Valentine’s Day

I always find Valentine’s Day a bit of an expensive minefield, despite boyf sorry fiance and I being together nearly five years I always feel a bit pressured (not by the fiance, more by the amazing window displays and online shopping sites)  to buy something good.

So this year, I’ve decided to make something, but for obvious reasons can’t revel what just yet.

I have been looking online and there are some really gorgeous gifts out there, some of which I might just buy for myself.

Here’s my top five gifts for him and her

Gifts for her:

1. This love lock is really cute and can be engraved to make it really personal. It’s only £15 from notonthehighstreet.com

2. Cream roll top suede clutch from ASOS has a higher price tag at £38, but really stylist and is bound to win some brownie points

Gifts for him:

3. Personalised chocolate bars. Who doesn’t like chocolate? At £5.95 it makes the ideal non serious gift

4. For something a little more deep and meaningful I found these personalised co-ordinates cufflinks for £45 on notonthehighstreet.com

Finally I couldn’t do a top five without a gift for myself. I mean who needs to wait for someone else to buy you something amazing?

I would love a Burberry trenchcoat like this from from Net-A-Porter but at £1,095 it’s going to have to join the many other things on my lust list.

Time for me to find an budget alternative, any suggestions greatly received!
