I know what you’re thinking ‘not another flaming face mask review’! The internet is awash with facemask reviews, from sheet masks to Glam Glow peel off types and everything in between. It seems that wherever you look there is new style of facemask making its way onto the shelves.
I get sucked into the hype of facemasks, they often boast about complete skin reinvention and transformation all at a pretty penny. I’ve tried Glam Glow, the L’Oréal charcoal multi-mask when that first came out, sheet masks galore, basically the list is endless when it comes to my quest for clear skin.
When buying my fancy new Lancôme foundation (link) they were having an offer in Boots and you know how I can’t resist and offer! So I picked up the Lancôme white clay masque without any real thought or research into it.
The five minute white clay masque is purifying and helps remove excess oil and reduce enlarged pores. I found it left my skin looking fresher, smoother and healthier which I’m really impressed by. I’ve not been using a facemask that regularly but after having a facial on holiday the therapist made me realise that my skincare routine needed a massive overhaul, especially now I’m over 30.
I love how it makes my skin feel after using so I’m hoping this will help with my ongoing clear skin quest.
