The Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel is the perfect base to explore Dubai and sleep in the clouds – my room was on the 39th floor and it genuinely felt like I was sleeping close enough to the stars to touch them.
Although it’s more of a corporate/business hotel, the location on the Sheikh Zayed Road (the main highway through the city) is fantastic for exploring, it’s only 15mins from the famous Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and 20 minutes to the new La Mer beach.
But enough on the location for the moment, what I really want to talk about is the room. OMG, king sized bed with the most amazing pillows I’ve ever slept on and the most incredible view of the Dubai Frame. There’s so much space including a desk area bigger than my whole home office, a lounge area and massive bathroom complete with rain shower and bath I could swim in.
Mundo restaurant on the ground floor has the most amazing breakfast buffet. I mean literally anything you could possibly want, from freshly made omelettes to steamed dumplings! As much as I wanted to indulge in everything I had to hold back, I was after all on a health and wellness themed trip, I thought scoffing cronuts for breakfast wouldn’t fit with the theme.
Dinner in the Italian restaurant, Alta Badia on the 50th is definitely worth a visit, beautiful Italian dishes served with exquisite views of the city. The Jumeirah Emirates Towers hotel is the ultimate place to stay to explore the city before moving to beach resort on the Palm.
